  Highlights of 2025 Action Plan on CZT Integrated Development

  The 6th Joint Conference of the Party secretaries of Changsha, Zhuzhou, and Xiangtan cities on Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan (CZT) integrated development was held in Xiangtan, Hunan on December 10, 2024. A 2025 Action Plan on CZT Integrated Development and 13 cooperation agreements were deliberated on and signed at the conference. According to the plan, the three cities will make concerted efforts to carry out a batch of key projects, thoroughly deepen a series of significant reforms, and coordinate a package of crucial policies.
