Changsha County and Rwamagana district of Rwanda's Eastern Province signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on establishing sister city relationship.
A delegation from Uganda embarked on an extraordinary journey of exchanges as they visited the Hecun African Cultural Park in Kaifu District, Changsha City on July 2.
"This year has seen the best harvest. Chinese experts have been very responsible, teaching us techniques and knowledge to help us increase production," said the 44-year-old woman.
A total of 315 kg of dried wild anchovy from Kenya were transported to the Changsha Huanghua International Airport in central China's Hunan Province on Monday, marking that China imported wild anchovy products from the African country for the first time.
