"I'm willing to return to Hunan to start a business and take deep root here," said Jiang Lei, president of the Hunan Enterprise Federation in Japan. As the 12th Global Forum for Hunan Entrepreneurs is about to open in Hengyang, Jiang remarked that Hunan's business environment continues to improve, its emphasis on attracting talent and investment has increased year by year, and policies are getting better each year.

Jiang Lei introduced that the federation currently has more than 200 members, focusing on serving the overseas development needs of Hunan enterprises such as SANY, Zoomlion, and Wondershare Technology. It participated in such activities as the Expo 2025 Osaka and the 2026 World-Class University PhD Delegation Tour to Hunan. The federation also helped introduce many PhDs back to and settle in Hunan. In the future, it will continue to build platforms and connect resources, building bridges and paving the way for Hunan enterprises going global. It will also promote exchanges and cooperation between Japan and Hunan in the health and wellness and other healthcare industry sectors.
