Governor Mao Inspects Hunan Government Beijing Office

On the morning of June 8, Mao Weiming, CPC Hunan Provincial Committee deputy secretary and Hunan governor, made a survey at the Beijing Office of the Hunan Provincial People's Government, to learn about working and living conditions of the staff there.

Mao Weiming, CPC Hunan Provincial Committee deputy secretary and Hunan governor, inspected the Beijing Office of the Hunan Provincial People’s Government on June 8, 2021. He asked to implement the spirit of President Xi Jinping's important speech made when inspecting Hunan; take the responsibility of maintaining stability of Beijing, capital of China, and Hunan's image; and, gather the wisdom and strength of all walks of life to strive to build a modern new Hunan.

Governor Mao checked the environment of the Beijing Office, sent greetings to the office staff, and learned in detail about their working and living conditions. He noted that the Beijing Office is an important window to showcase, promote, and introduce Hunan Province. It should give full play to the advantages of the office as a “Hunan Living Room”; dig deep into the projects, talents, and technical resources in Beijing; and, assist in attracting investment, capital, and talents and maintaining stability, to better serve the high-quality development of the province.

He emphasized that the Beijing Office should reinforce political education, consolidate its organizations, and improve capabilities; enhance Party history learning and education; build a strong political organization; and, foster a contingent of competent and professional officials.
