The State Council released a circular on May 7, aimed at granting incentives to regional authorities for their laudable implementation of major policies in 2020. Among the 30 fields covered, Hunan has 19 fields praised by 22 times. The province ranked first nationwide in the number of fields and praises. 

The awarded fields have wide coverage, sufficient benefits, and great impact. Among them, there were 5 praises at the provincial level, 6 in 3 cities, and 11 in 6 counties, cities and industrial parks.

The provincial awarded fields will receive relevant national special fund support, and enjoy policy support to upgrade a qualified provincial-level high-tech zone to national level. The praised cities, counties and industrial parks will receive incentives such as relevant support of funds, policies, land use indicators, and exemption from supervisions.
