On April 10 morning, CPC Hunan Provincial Committee Deputy Secretary and Hunan Governor Xu Dazhe arranged the work of safety production in Hunan after the national teleconference was convened on safety production. 

 
Governor Xu underscored that it is necessary to:
Thoroughly implement the essence of President Xi Jinping's important instructions on safety production;
Resolutely shoulder the responsibilities of advancing local development and safeguarding local security in accordance with Premier Li Keqiang's instructions;
Make overall plans for safety precaution in the resumption of work and production at the current stage; and carry out the national three-year action to solve production safety problems; and
Fulfill responsibilities thoroughly, eliminate hidden dangers and rectify problems, in an effort to safeguard people’s lives and properties.
