Public Administration Seminar for Latin American Countries Opens in Changsha

A seminar on public administration for Latin American countries opened in Changsha on November 6. Thirty-five trainees from eight Latin American countries, including Venezuela, Dominica, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Panama, Colombia, Cuba, and Honduras, attended the opening ceremony. The seminar was hosted by the Hunan International Business Vocational College. It aimed to promote China-Latin America cooperation in public administration, share China's management experience, and advance modernization of national governance mechanism.
