The 115th International Women's Day will be celebrated on March 8, 2025. On this special occasion, many scenic areas across Hunan will offer free admission or discounted tickets for female visitors. Let's take a sneak preview of these celebrations.

Dongjiang Lake Scenic Area, Chenzhou
Duration: March 7-9
All female visitors will enjoy free admission and can travel at half fare in the scenic area. Tourists can either stroll along the Dongjiang Lake while enjoy the misty views, or take a boat tour in the scenic area.

Heimifeng National Forest Park, Changsha
Date: March 8
The park offers free access to all female tourists. Travelers can climb mountains while enjoying the fresh air. In addition, plum flowers, peach blossoms, and pear flowers are expected to embrace their flowering season in early March. At the park, petals fluttering and dancing in the breeze present a truly romantic sight. 

Zhouluo Grand Canyon, Changsha
Duration: March 2-17
The scenic area offers free admission to female visitors aged 18 and above. A new scenic spot named "Monet's Garden" opened to the public starting from March 1. A sea of flowers in three colors of blue, purple, and pink creates a picturesque scene. Roses and sunflowers are in full bloom. Popular photo spots are recommended in the scenic area.

Liuyang Shiniuzhai Scenic Area, Changsha
Date: March 8
The scenic area offers free entry to female visitors aged 18 and above, and an insurance priced at two CNY is required. Tourists can enjoy the magnificent view of Danxia landform and have a thrilling adventure on a glass-bottom bridge.

Scenic Area of Yan Emperor's Mausoleum, Zhuzhou
Date: March 8
The tourist attraction opens to all female visitors free of charge. Tourists can visit the Mausoleum of Yan Emperor, praying for blessings and experiencing the profoundness of traditional Chinese culture.

Shennong Valley National Forest Park, Zhuzhou
Date: March 8
All female visitors enjoy free admission and free travel in the scenic area. Tourists can admire the amazing view of dense forests, waterfalls, and streams in the park.

Tianyi Muguo Scenic Area, Yiyang
Duration: March 7-9
Female visitors enjoy a discounted ticket package priced at 99 CNY per person. The original price is 150 CNY per person. 

Qingyun Cave-Yunshangjiuge Scenic Area, Yiyang
Duration: March 8-10
The scenic area offers half-price tickets to female tourists.
Wanfu Mountain Scenic Area, Yiyang
Date: March 8
The scenic area offers half-price tickets to female tourists.

Window on the World, Changsha
Duration: March 1-31
A group of two female visitors enjoys a discounted ticket priced at 200 CNY, while a group of a female visitor and a male visitor is charged 300 CNY.

Yueyang Tower, Junshan Island, and Mufu Mountain, Yueyang
Date: March 8
The scenic areas of Yueyang Tower, Junshan Island, and Mufu Mountain offer half-price tickets to female tourists.

Zilongwan Hotspring Resort, Changsha
Date: March 8
Female visitors enjoy half-price tickets.

Fantawild Tourist Resort, Zhuzhou
Duration: March 5-8
Female visitors enjoy a discounted ticket priced at 149 CNY and a 38% discount on the second item when shopping in the park.
