(i) Foreign nationals can apply for a bank card at outlets of commercial banks by presenting valid identity documents such as a passport or a Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card.
(ii) Please keep your bank cards safe to prevent loss or unauthorized use by others. In case of card loss, please promptly report it to the issuing banks.
