China's online arrival card filing system was launched on November 20, 2025, enabling foreign travelers to fill in their entry information in advance through the official website of the National Immigration Administration (NIA), the "NIA 12367" app, or other channels. The initiative has eliminated time and space constraints. Seizing the opportunity presented by Hunan's "Inbound Tourism Year," the Hunan General Station of Immigration Inspection has established a comprehensive service system. Multilingual guidance is made available through the "Xiaoxiang Gateway" official WeChat account and the 12367 service platform, while airlines are coordinated to enhance reminders during overseas check-in and while flights are en route. Hunan's ports of entry provide free Wi-Fi access and the QR code for filling out Arrival Card, with multilingual officers providing one-on-one assistance on site.
