Mobile communication services include sales of mobile phone SIM cards, Wi-Fi access, communication service information and support, and free local calls.

The transportation section offers sales of transportation cards, local transport information, and assistance with downloading transportation apps.

The cultural tourism services include cultural tourism information and service, promotional materials related to Zhangjiajie, and other services.

Border inspection guidance services provide information on visa-free transit policies, offer advice on immigration management policies, and assist with entry-exit inspection procedures.
