The One-stop Service Center of China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone for Foreigners Working in China was established in the Changsha Area on October 29, 2021. It offers expatriates streamlined services for processing documents including health certificates for international travel, work permits, and residence permits.

The center has cut the total processing time from 30 working days to as few as 10 working days.

Over the past three years, the center has handled more than 3,000 matters for foreigners. In 2024 alone, nearly 2,000 matters have been processed, providing services for more than 1,000 foreigners.
