As Hunan and Africa deepen cooperation, foreign currency exchange has become a rigid demand. On April 23, the foreign currency exchange agency SHAMFEE Bureau de Change was inaugurated at the Yuhua Block of the Hunan Pilot Free Trade Zone Changsha Area. It is Changsha's first agency of its kind in an economic and trade park and the city's only one in a commercial market.

The foreign currency exchange agency is located on the third floor of China-Africa Economic and Trade Cooperation Innovation Demonstration Park in Gaoqiao Grand Market, Yuhua District, Changsha, with its business office set up in the Lesotho Pavilion of the Permanent Exhibition Hall of the China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo. The agency was authorized by the Changsha Furong Branch of the Bank of China, and filed with the Hunan Branch of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange. Its business license was approved and issued by the Administration for Market Regulation of Yuhua District.
