Railway Stations in Loudi

Loudi Railway Station


The Loudi Railway Station is located at the intersection of Dixing Road and Yuetang Street in Louxing District, Loudi City. It connects with the Shanghai-Kunming High-speed Railway and the Luoyang-Zhanjiang Railway. It is a hub on the national "Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal" high-speed railway network, an important gateway serving east-west logistics transportation, and a key node on the national Datong-Zhanjiang-Sanya Railway. Boasting the most train operations, largest passenger throughput, and widest service coverage among the railway stations in central Hunan, it serves the passengers from surrounding regions including Louxing District, Shuangfeng, Lianyuan, Lengshuijiang, Xiangxiang, Shaodong, Anhua, and Ningxiang.

- Loudi Coach Terminal


Take No.1 bus at the railway station square for a 15-minute ride along the A ring route, and get off at the Loudi Coach Terminal. There are shuttle buses heading for Lianyuan, Lengshuijiang, Shuangfeng, and Xinhua, as well as buses towards Xiangxiang, Ningxiang, and towns and townships including Qiaotouhe and Yangshi.


- Loudi South High-speed Railway Station


Take No.9 bus at daytime and No.88 bus at night at the railway station square, and get off at the last bus station in about 40 minutes. There are high-speed trains heading for the large and middle-sized cities around the country, including Changsha, Nanchang, Hangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Guiyang, Kunming, Chongqing, Kunming, Chengdu, Ningbo, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Jinan, and Shijiazhuang.


- Loudi South Coach Terminal


Take No.9 bus at the railway station square for a 30-minute ride, and set off at the Loudi South Coach Terminal. There are coaches heading for Changsha, Zhuzhou, Yiyang, Yueyang, Changde, Shaoyang, Yongzhou, Chenzhou, Hengyang, Shaodong, Wugang, Dongkou, and Longhui.


Loudi South High-speed Railway Station


The Loudi South Railway Station is located in Loudi City. It is mainly for passenger transport, connecting the Shanghai-Kunming High-speed Railway and the Loudi-Shaoyang High-speed Railway. Officially went operational in December 2014, it covers a total area of 12,000 square meters and has four platforms and eight tracks.

Shuangfeng North Railway Station


The Shuangfeng North Railway Station is located in Guiling Village, Hongshandian Town, Shuangfeng County. It was put into operation in January 2016. It is 13 kilometers away from the Loudi South High-speed Railway Station, 24 kilometers from the Loudi Railway Station, and 75 kilometers from the Shaoyang Railway Station. It is 25 kilometers from Yongfeng Town, the central region of the county, and three kilometers from Jinshi Town of Lianyuan City.


Xinhua Railway Station


Xinhua Station is located on Tianhua South Road in Xinhua County, Loudi City. It serves the trains running at normal speeds on the Shanghai-Kunming Railway. Within the province, it is 93 kilometers from the Loudi Railway Station, 218 kilometers from Zhuzhou Railway Station, and 222 kilometers from the Huaihua Railway Station. Outbound of the province, it is 1,343 kilometers from the Shanghai South Railway Station, 679 kilometers from the Guiyang Station, and 1,317 kilometers from the Kunming Station. The station was built in 1970.


Xinhua South Railway Station


Xinhua South Railway Station was put into operation in December 2014. It serves the Shanghai-Kunming High-speed Railway.
