Taojiang Xiunv Lake National Wetland Park

Taojiang Xiunv Lake National Wetland Park is situated along the Taojiang section of the Zijiang River. It forms an east-west corridor measuring 41.8 kilometers in length and 0.6 kilometers in width, covering a total area of over 2,300 hectares. In particular, wetlands span more than 1,961 hectares, with a wetland ratio of 85.27%. The park encompasses the waters between the dams of the Xiushang Power Station and the Majitang Power Station in the lower reaches of the Zijiang River, as well as surrounding farmland, forest land, and land used for transportation. The construction of the park began in 2014, and the site passed national inspection at the end of 2020.
