The Guitang River Constitution Theme Park officially opened to the public on December 4, 2024, China's National Constitution Day this year. The park covers an area of about 36,000 square meters, with a construction area of about 1,900 square meters. It is currently the largest theme park in Hunan Province, with the most comprehensive functionality of any constitution-themed park. The park encompasses four parts: the citizen square area, the constitution oath-taking ceremony area, the constitution publicity and education exhibition area, and the rule-of-law practice interactive area. It has become a new cultural landmark of Hunan Province to publicize Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law and to promote and respect the constitution.

By integrating flood management, water retention, and ecological education into the design, the park embodies sustainable urban ecosystems. The design captures the essence of Chinese garden aesthetics, offering a multi-dimensional experience where landscape layers harmonize with the river's natural features, creating a dynamic space for public interaction and community events.
