Main Responsibilities:
(1) To undertake review and discussion of work related to foreign economic and trade policies and put forward suggestions according to the regulations and requirements of WTO.
(2) To undertake relevant work about WTO instructed by the Department of Commerce and the provincial government.
(3) To coordinate and guide our commercial system in work in dealing with entry into WTO and be responsible for researches, guidance and services of Hunan affairs relevant to Hunan in WTO.
(4) To coordinate with the Department of Commerce in work relevant to fair trade in export and import such as anti-dumping, anti-subsidies, protection measures and trade barriers
(5) To guide and coordinate the response abroad to Hunan anti-dumping, anti-subsidies and protection measures on export commodities of our province and other relevant work.
(6) To be responsible for publicizing relevant knowledge about WTO and fair trade in the whole province and for training.
(7) To undertake other affairs instructed by department leaders.
