Registration Time
Dates: September 3rd-5th, 2025
Registration Hours: 8:30 am - 11:30 am; 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Notes:
1. Students who fail to register within two weeks after the registration period without the university's approval will be regarded as giving up admission.
2. If students do not arrive in Changsha at the given registration time, please come to the University at the working time the next day.

Registration Places
Undergraduate students in medical programs and all students in non-medical programs will register at Yuelushan Campus. Graduate and doctoral students in medical programs will register at Xinglin Campus.

Materials
1. Passport and 2 copies (including pages of basic information, visa and entry stamp);
2. Admission Notice and 2 copies;
3. Visa Application Form (JW201/JW202) and 2 copies;
4. Graduation and degree certificates and 2 copies (STUDENTS WHO FAIL TO OBTAIN THE CORRESPONDING DEGREE CERTIFICATE WILL BE DISQUALIFIED FOR ADMISSION);
5. Physical Examination Record;
6. Four 1-inch colored photos and the electric copy (similar with passport ID picture);
7. Graduate students need to prepare a study plan and two recommendation letters;
8. If it is an electronic file of JW202, you need to scan the QR code in the upper right corner of the form, log in to the verification interface screenshot, and print it. (See the screenshot below as an example.)
