1.Admission qualification check
New students are required to get the circulation form and do the admission qualification check in Office 227A (Mulan Building) with original graduation certificate and diploma on September 9th-10th, 2025.

2.Students information collecting
① Personal information will be taken for uploading data in accommodation registration system include scanning the passport and visa page. This is just for students of living on campus.
Living off-campus students:
Please take your passport to local police station in the places of your residence within 24 hours after you arrive in china.
② Personal information will be taken in office for uploading data to international students management system.
Hunan Normal University International Students Management System Website:
Students can log in and modify their personal information, including their login password. (Account: Passport number; Password: HUNNUat0086)
③ Collecting information for making students ID card (electronic photo is needed)
④ Checking insurance
⑤ Collecting required documents for application of residence permit
⑥ Check-up
If you stay in china shorter than one year, health examination is not needed. New students who don't have check-up in half year will be arranged to do medical check-up. If you have done health examination in 6 months in your country, you can bring the original one there asking workers if it can be changed to Chinese version. You had better go to check-up center without breakfast in case it can't be changed into Chinese version.

3.Enroll/Join WeChat Group/Receive the Registration paper/Accommodation Arrangement
① The teacher fill in the registration paper and issue it to the students.
② Students sign for scholarship.
③ Students join the Wechat groups.
④ Room assignment

4.Dispense gifts for freshmen and collect the circulation form.

5.New Students go to colleges for registration.
