Media representatives from the 2024 Overseas Chinese Media Executives' Changsha Tour visited the China-Africa Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base in Hunan Xiangjiang New Area on October 30. They learned about how the one-stop supporting services can help Chinese and African youths start their business in Hunan.
The base, led by the Hunan Xiangjiang New Area, was officially inaugurated at the China-Africa Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum in June 2023. It has three core functions, namely, attracting Chinese and African talents for innovation and entrepreneurship, promoting the pre-incubation of innovative projects and transformation of achievements at home and abroad, and providing professional services and guarantees for Chinese and African talents.

It has introduced six incubation stations for innovation and entrepreneurship projects from Ethiopia, Mali, Rwanda, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Egypt, and Algeria, and has helped more than 10 African experts and talents to settle at the base.
