The Hunan Export Products Agglomeration Zone Merchants Matchmaking Conference opened in the Yuhua Block, China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone on November 12, 2024. A group of domestic and overseas buyers from Uganda, Mauritania, Ethiopia, Zhejiang, and other places attended the event.

More than one thousand Hunan high-quality manufacturers have signed to settle down in the Hunan Export Products Agglomeration Zone, covering the most advantageous industrial categories in Hunan Province. Relying on the national market procurement trade mode pilot policies at the Gaoqiao Grand Market, quality products of Hunan's cities and prefecture will "go global" from here. It is the most convenient, efficient, and lower-cost "one-stop" export base for Hunan's small, medium, and micro-sized enterprises, and also the first choice of global buyers for one-stop sourcing of Hunan quality goods.

The zone will plan several large-scale international buyer matchmaking meetings every year, integrate online and offline channels, and work together to build an international three-dimensional corridor for "Hunan products going global", opening the mode of "Made in Hunan - Sold Globally".

The merchants visited the Hunan Export Products Agglomeration Zone, interested in hardware tools, daily necessities, home accessories, clothing and bags, agricultural and sideline food, tea and tea utensils, and other types of products. They also met with the key export merchants involved in domestic and foreign trade at the eight major markets of Gaoqiao Grand Market.

The Yuhua Block has tried to improve provincial coordination, strengthening its linkage with Xiangtan, Shaoyang, Zhuzhou, Hengyang, and other cities since the beginning of this year. It has actively promoted the market procurement "1 plus N" associative model. Through organizing buyers matchmaking meetings and other events, it further gives full play to its opening-up platform role, attracting more merchants at home and abroad to make deals in Hunan and helping more Hunan enterprises "go global".
