On August 10, a delegation from the Changsha Municipal Bureau of Culture, Tourism, Radio, and Television visited Bristol City, the UK, unveiling a customized hot air balloon themed "Happy Changsha, Charming Star City" at the Bristol International Balloon Fiesta 2024 that evening. Founded in 1979, the Bristol International Balloon Fiesta has a history of 45 years and is the world's top and Europe's largest international hot air balloon event. Yi Ying, deputy director of the Publicity Department of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee and director of the Changsha Municipal Bureau of Culture, Tourism, Radio, and Television, led the delegation to attend the event and delivered a speech.
