As China opens its door wider to the world, an increasing number of foreigners come to China and Hunan for studying and work opportunities. They have integrated into their life in China and have witnessed the development of China as well as Hunan.

MARTIN is a Canadian son-in-law in Hunan Province. He has been living in Hunan for 16 years. He is keen on promoting traditional Chinese medicine. He says that the "Two Sessions" serve as a window to get understanding of China and help him integrate into the life in China.

The "Two Sessions" refer to the annual sessions of the Hunan Provincial People's Congress and the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
