Cote d'Ivoire's Commercial Counselor to China GOMUN Kouya Bertin: We hope to bring more agricultural products to the Hunan market.

Cote d'Ivoire is abundant in mineral resources such as diamonds, gold, manganese, nickel, uranium, iron, petroleum and natural gas. It is one of the countries with the most developed transportation in Africa. More than 98% of its imports and exports are shipped by sea. It has highways extending in all directions and 28 airports, large and small.

GOMUN Kouya Bertin: Cote d'Ivoire is one of the most dynamic economies in West Africa. It is the largest producer and exporter of cocoa beans and the third largest producer of cashews. Therefore,we have a sound foundation for cooperation with Hunan and have actively participated in the previous two China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo sessions. It is hoped that more Cote d'Ivoire agricultural products will be introduced to the Hunan market and even the Chinese market by constructing the Pilot Zone for In-depth China-Africa Economic and Trade Cooperation.
