The CPC Hengyang Municipal Committee and the People’s Government of Hengyang City have specially created a “code” protection platform to optimize the business environment. The measures include implementing the authorization system for each item, one code check-in for each enterprise, evaluation system for each affair, and the code protection accountability system.
All the official visits to a company in the industrial park must be booked in advance on the platform. After it has been approved by the main person in charge of the unit, a green code will be given to allow the entry into the company. If it has not been approved by the main person in charge of the unit; when the company doesn’t allow inspections and visits; or, the number of visits exceed the limitations, a red code will be shown indicating visits are not allowed. The whole process will be fully traceable on the platform system.
