A gala in celebration of the 19th CPC National Congress and the awarding ceremony were held at Hunan Provincial Senior Cadres Center on 17 October, 2017. The events were organized by the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee Retired Veteran Cadres Bureau and the Hunan Provincial Culture and Art Foundation.
