On January 26, 2019, Du Jiahao, CPC Hunan Provincial Committee secretary and Hunan Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee director, joined Hengyang deputies to the Second Session of the 13th Hunan Provincial People's Congress when discussing the work report. It boasts foundation, experiences, and advantages to undertake the task.” He continued, “It is necessary to grasp the new opportunity of the industry transfer demonstration zone establishment in western Hunan. The industry transfer task and enterprise transformation and upgrading should be an important starting point for promoting economic quality and efficiency progress and boosting high-quality development.” “This would make Hengyang better play its part in the great undertakings,” he added.

 

Du Jiahao pointed out that Hengyang is a big city in terms of both the size and the population.
