Photo taken on Feb. 29 show construction workers are laying tracks on Chang-Zhu-Tan Intercity Railway in Xiangtan.

500-meter-long steel track was laid on Monday, marking the beginning of track laying for the intercity line. The line is expected to put into operation in 2017.
