Changsha Customs announced on May 13 that from January to April this year, the total value of Hunan's agricultural machinery exports reached 340 million CNY, a year-on-year increase of 39.7%, indicating steady advances in foreign trade.

In the Shuangfeng County Economic Development Zone, production lines at the Hunan Jinsong Machinery Co., Ltd. run at full speed, with batches of rice hullers for export being rushed into production for delivery. "Our overseas orders are fully booked, and we ship three to four containers daily," said Xie Xingxing, the company's foreign trade manager. Leveraging over 30 years of technical expertise, cost-effective products, and a solid brand reputation, Jinsong's rice hullers and supporting electric motors are shipped worldwide, with total exports exceeding 110 million CNY by 2025.

In the first four months of this year, Hunan's agricultural machinery products were exported to 97 countries and regions, with overseas markets continuing to expand. Germany has become Hunan's largest trading partner for the export of agricultural machinery, with the export value to Germany growing by 86.2% year-on-year. This shows the recognition of "Made in Hunan" agricultural machinery in high-end international markets.

As the core clusters for the export of Hunan's agricultural machinery, Changsha and Loudi together account for over 90% of the province's total exports. From January to April, Changsha's agricultural machinery exports reached 230 million CNY, a year-on-year increase of 60.9%. Loudi's agricultural machinery exports reached 80 million CNY, a year-on-year increase of 8.6%.

Since the beginning of this year, the Changsha Customs Authority has maintained regular communication channels with enterprises to proactively coordinate and resolve bottlenecks and difficulties encountered by companies in cargo transportation and port clearance. "Government departments have established exhibition platforms and facilitated connections with overseas buyers, while customs officials have provided on-site policy guidance and have optimized clearance services. This comprehensive support has given enterprises greater determination and confidence in expanding overseas markets," said Jiang Xiongbiao, chairman of the Hunan Jinsong Machinery Co., Ltd.
