The presentation ceremony of China Best Employer Award 2025 was held in Sanya, Hainan on December 19, 2025. At the ceremony, Changsha won the "Award of Most Attractive Organizations to Talents," standing out among numerous cities.

The selection of China's most attractive organizations to talents was jointly organized and participated by several authoritative institutions, including the Social Survey Research Center of Peking University, the National School of Development at Peking University, and the Chinese recruitment platform Zhaopin. 

The assessment incorporated big data analysis across dimensions such as talent attractiveness, talent retention rate, and talent development vitality, while also comprehensively considering factors such as the city's policies, systems, initiatives, and outcomes in talent attraction.
