2025 BRICS Skills Competition International Finals Held in Shaoyang

The international finals of the 2025 BRICS Skills Competition (BRICS + Future Skills & Tech Challenge) Internet of Things (IoT) Event kicked off in Shaoyang on December 13. 




The competition is jointly initiated by the Brazilian National Service for Industrial Training (SENAI) and the BRICS Business Council, focusing on such significant fields as high-end manufacturing, digital economy, emerging industries, new business patterns, and new technologies. It aims to enhance the innovation, coordination, organization, and collaboration capabilities of faculty and students from the vocational schools in the "BRICS +" countries, enrich exchanges and cooperation between these vocational schools and enterprises, and cultivate high-quality international talent specialized in technical skills and cultural exchanges within the "BRICS +" countries. 





The international finals was participated by over 160 competitors from 65 Chinese teams and 17 international teams such as Kazakhstan, Bangladesh, and Laos, via online and offline channels. 



A Symposium on Innovating IoT Global Talent Development Systems was held during the competition.
