On December 8, a member of the Chinese expert team provided professional guidance to local doctors in Ethiopia. Recently, the "Training Course on Obstetrics–Gynecology and Pediatric Capacity Building in Ethiopia," hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and organized by the Hunan Children's Hospital, was held in Ethiopia. The training course adopted a combined approach of "theoretical lectures + practical skills training + case studies + clinical mentoring." It aims to promote sustainable cooperation between China and Ethiopia in maternal and child health, advancing China-Africa health collaboration toward more sustainable and higher-level development.
