According to the announcement, construction of ground-level roads and supporting facilities at the Liuyang Sky Theater area is now entering its critical phase. To ensure safe and orderly organization of weekend fireworks displays, it has been decided that no fireworks events will be held during the closed construction period from December 2025 to January 2026.
