The 2025 International Youth Forum on Creativity and Heritage Along the Silk Roads concluded at Tongguan Kiln, Wangcheng District, Changsha on November 22. The forum was co-hosted by UNESCO, the Chinese National Commission for UNESCO, the World Federation of Clubs and Associations for UNESCO, and the Changsha Municipal People's Government.

Themed "Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurship: Youth for Heritage Protection and Inheritance," the four-day event, which began on November 19, featured a series of vibrant activities, including a youth sharing session, group discussions, a parallel forum among representatives from UNESCO Creative Cities Network member cities, and field visits centering around "Experience a Dynamic China in Changsha". Seventy-five young representatives from 45 countries shared their innovative ideas, put forward suggestions, and injected youthful vitality into exploring new pathways for cultural heritage preservation.

At a youth gala held on the evening of November 21, Chinese and foreign young people presented a dazzling array of performances. Chinese youths staged traditional intangible cultural heritage programs such as suona, guzheng, lion and dragon dances, and comedic acrobatics, while their international counterparts showed performances that reflected unique local cultures. This convergence of diverse civilizations on stage highlighted youthful vitality and strengthened the bonds of friendship.
