The 2025 campaign focuses on attracting and retaining graduates to stay in or relocate to Hunan. Seven specialized activities such as "retaining Hunan talent", "attracting elite talent to Hunan", and job fairs will be carried out, providing comprehensive support for graduates' employment and entrepreneurial endeavors. Kicking off with this inaugural conference and the Changsha-based recruitment event, the serial campaign will subsequently launch specialized recruitment fairs in six major university hubs—Shanghai, Beijing, Xi'an, Wuhan, Chengdu, and Nanjing. These initiatives aim to foster an inclusive environment that welcomes talent from all corners, attracting more young professionals to pursue careers and entrepreneurship in Hunan.
