An investment promotion conference of the Changsha Southern Integrated Area took place on August 29. A project signing ceremony was held simultaneously, with 16 key projects worth 19.28 billion CNY signed. Wu Guiying, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and secretary of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee, attended.

As the "main battlefield" and "bridgehead" for the construction of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan (CZT) metropolitan area, the Changsha Southern Integrated Area shoulders the strategic mission of "building a leading area for the nation's resource-conserving and environment-friendly society construction, a core area for CZT integrated development, and a demonstration zone for Changsha's innovation-driven development." With the optimization and adjustment of the CZT Green Heart Plan and the successful bid for the 16th National Games, this vibrant land has embarked on a fast track for development. Landmark projects such as the Changsha Olympic Sports Center and the National Medical Center are driving growth. The big data industry is rapidly expanding, the healthcare cluster is poised for take-off, and a "culture + technology" integrated ecosystem is emerging.

The 16 key projects signed on-site cover fields such as digital economy, low-altitude economy, new energy, biomedicine, "culture + technology," and "culture + tourism."

Among them, the Zhilian Xinghe Intelligent Cloud Computing Center Project, with a total investment of 5.2 billion CNY, will build A-grade server rooms and research centers. The computing power will reach up to 1,500 PetaFLOPS. The Chuangyi Chip Inductor Industrial Base Project plans to establish a science and technology innovation headquarters centered on hardcore chip inductor technology. The Cloud Energy Storage Sweep Retired Battery Recycling Project aims to promote the low-carbon recycling of batteries throughout their lifecycle. The Easpeed Central and Southern Regional Headquarters will facilitate the application of free-medium imaging technology in scenarios such as smart healthcare and smart cities.
