Langshan Navel Orange Brand Value Ranks Among Top Nationwide

The 2025 China's Fruit Regional Public Brand Value Evaluation Report was recently unveiled at the 10th China Fruit Industry Brand Conference. According to the report, Langshan navel orange of Xinning County, Shaoyang, ranked among the top nationwide with a brand value of 6.029 billion CNY, successfully entering the first tier of national fruit industry brands and being claimed as a national-level high-quality fruit brand.


Langshan navel orange industry features a development pattern that highlights both its scale effect and industrial advantages. The county's navel orange planting area has reached 500,000 mu (approximately 33,333 hectares), with an annual output stabilized at 700,000 tonnes and an annual output value exceeding 6 billion CNY. The planting area of Xinning County ranks first nationwide, earning it the reputation of "Top Navel Orange County in China" and making it a national benchmark for navel orange industry development.


Boasting outstanding quality, Langshan navel orange has been awarded the titles of "National Geographical Indication Protected Product" and one of "Hunan's Top Ten Regional Public Fruit Brands," and has been shortlisted for Hunan's first batch of county-featured agricultural brands. 


Langshan navel oranges have been not only popular domestically but also exported to more than 40 countries and regions, including Russia, Singapore, and Japan, entering the international market as a "calling card" of China's high-quality agricultural products.
