The 2025 Hunan (Changsha) Cross-border E-commerce Trade Fair (HCETF) will be held at the Hunan International Convention and Exhibition Center (Mango Pavilion) between August 29 and 31.

Themed "Quality Products Going Global, Hunan Connecting with the World," the event will gather high-quality cross-border e-commercial resources worldwide to establish an international platform for brand promotion, business matchmaking, industrial discussions, and ecosystem collaboration. It aims to set up a new hub of cross-border e-commerce in the central regions of China.

The event is projected to have 35,000 attendees. Foreign envoys from Thailand, Indonesia, and other countries to China, as well as managers of international economic organizations are invited to participate, discussing cross-border e-commerce cooperation. Cross-border e-commerce industrial associations in central China's provinces including Henan, Hubei, Anhui, Jiangxi, and Shanxi will also attend on invitation, focusing on establishing a cross-border e-commerce industrial alliance of the six provinces in central China.

The exhibition area will cover 22,000 square meters, featuring a "5+1" setup—five offline exhibition areas and one online exhibition.

The five offline exhibition areas will respectively focus on cross-border e-commerce, industrial belts, service providers and industrial parks, platforms, and livestreaming and training. The online exhibition will showcase "Hunan products going global."

The cross-border e-commerce area will demonstrate opportunities and investment policies in the Southeast Asian markets with Thailand as the guest country of honor. Shaoyang, as the themed city of the fair, will promote its featured industries such as wig products, suitcase and bags, and present the innovative initiatives in its comprehensive pilot zones. The cross-border consultation area will provide "one-stop" solutions for enterprises to go global, supported by experts in customs and financial sectors. The 13 cities and one prefecture of Hunan Province will join the fair collaboratively. Over 20 superior industrial clusters of Hunan such as medical devices, fireworks and crackers, and hard alloys, together with 3C electronics and home appliance industries from outside the province, will be showcased, jointly boosting the coordinated global expansion of "Hunan Products" and national supply chains.

So far, Hunan has established seven national-level cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zones in Changsha, Yueyang, Xiangtan, Chenzhou, Hengyang, Zhuzhou, and Shaoyang respectively, being in the front rank in Central China.
