Ratoon Rice Yield per Mu Averages 877.4 Kg in Longhui County

On August 3, the Crop Science Society of Hunan (CSSH) organized an on-site measurement of the first-season yield of "Yongyou 4949" ratoon rice at the Super Rice High-yield Research Base in Leifeng Village, Yanggu'ao Town, Longhui County. Experts from the Hunan Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and relevant units conducted the measuring work, certifying that the average yield reached 877.4 kilograms per mu (about 0.067 hectares).
