Cultural ambassadors from countries such as Benin and Mali, enterprise representatives, as well as intangible cultural heritage inheritors are appointed as the alliance's first batch of "International Communication Ambassadors."

In recent years, Changsha has become more actively integrated into the Belt and Road Initiative, engaging in practical cooperation with Africa in fields such as trade, cultural exchange, and technological innovation in an all-round and multi-level manner.

The Diverse Voices Campaign focuses on a tripartite framework of media, universities, and enterprises, combining governmental and civilian communication efforts. Through joint contributions, resource sharing, and collaborative creativity, the campaign aims to establish a diversified coordination mechanism involving government agencies, media platforms, non-governmental organizations, businesses, and individual creators.

Currently, the alliance has set up media cooperation bases in six African countries, partnered with over 63 organizations, and gathered more than 100 African social media communicators.
