2025-06-04 Download Print

The Lingling-Daoxian Expressway links the Yongzhou-Lingling Expressway in the north and stretches southward to the Xiamen-Chengdu Expressway. Upon completion, it will become a branch line of the Hohhot-Beihai Expressway extending to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The expressway will connect Yongzhou City to Guangxi and Guangdong, improving the transportation situation in the mountainous areas of southern Hunan. The photo above, taken on June 3, shows a busy scene at the Guitou Grand Bridge construction site of the expressway in Daoxian County. (Photo/He Hongfu)
