The 4th Changsha International Construction Equipment Exhibition (CICEE) lowed its curtain on the afternoon of May 18.

Themed "High-end, Intelligent, and Green," this year's exhibition has recorded 350,000 visits, with over 5,000 international traders participating for procurement and negotiations.

This exhibition attracted 1,806 enterprises from home and abroad, 304 more than that in the previous session two years ago. Thirty-five of the global top 50 construction machinery manufacturers showcased their cutting-edge equipment. More than 20,000 exhibits across 23 categories were on display, including more than 1,000 sets of advanced machinery. The event presented the leading-edge achievements in related industries, symbolizing the evolution of China's engineering machinery sector from scale expansion to quality-driven orientation.

Thirty-five new product launch events were held during the event. More than 30 new products and over 1,500 innovative technologies were unveiled, building a bridge to facilitate international collaboration and technological innovation. At the main supporting facilities procurement and signing ceremony, six industrial leaders—Sany, Zoomlion, Sunward, CRCHI, Sinoboom, and RUNTIAN—inked procurement agreements for main supporting components valued at over 13 billion CNY in total, including hydraulic systems and intelligent control systems. They will make concerted efforts to advance collaboration and innovation in upstream and downstream sectors.

The event highlighted green and smart shift. Among the exhibits, more than 60% were high-end and intelligent technologies, such as AI models, remote control, unmanned driving, and smart mining solutions. The proportion of green products reached as high as 75%.

Multiple themed activities were organized during the event, to facilitate the "dual circulation" of domestic and international markets. Six global matchmaking sessions were held targeting India, Russia, Europe, America, the Middle East, Latin America, Belt and Road countries, Southeast Asia, and Africa, facilitating pairing-up of over 600 businesses. Several landmark achievements have been achieved, including China-Russia EAEU certification for "black boxes" on crane and China-Malaysia connection and mutual recognition of construction machinery standards. Additionally, five provinces—Hunan, Zhejiang, Shandong, Anhui, and Henan—reached a regional cooperation agreement focusing on joint R&D, industrial chain complementation, and market sharing.
