The Changsha-Osaka route, serviced by the Airbus A320, is operated in two phases. From June 1 to 19, flights are scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. The outbound flight HO1519 departs from Changsha Huanghua International Airport at 10:45 and arrives at Osaka Kansai International Airport at 15:00 local time. The return flight HO1520 departs at 16:00 local time and lands in Changsha at 18:30. Starting from June 20, the flight schedule will be adjusted, with takeoff and landing times delayed by 30 minutes. Additionally, the flight frequency will increase to once a day, offering business and leisure travelers more flexible travel options.

The resumption of the Changsha-Osaka route, taking advantage of Japan's peak summer travel season and the popularity of the Osaka World Expo, along with China's visa-free policy for Japan, will inject strong impetus into exchanges and cooperation between China's central regions and Japan's Kansai Economic Circle. The route will also help Changsha gradually develop into one of the key aviation hubs connecting China and Japan.
