As the global shipbuilding market has continued to recover in recent years, the Hunan Xiangchuan Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd. (XCHUAN) has seized the opportunity to vigorously expand its overseas market, resulting in a steady increase of orders. After the Spring Festival holiday, all of its production lines have been operating at full capacity. Six vessels including passenger ferries, tugs, oil tankers, barges, and patrol boats are now under construction, and seven additional vessels will commence construction next month. It is anticipated that 12 vessels will be completed and delivered throughout the year. The photo shows workers constructing a vessel in the factory of XCHUAN. (Photo/Tian Chao, Hunan Daily)
