China (Chengtoushan) International Straw Art Festival Opens

The 2024 China (Chengtoushan) International Straw Art Festival are scheduled to open at the Chengtoushan Scenic Area in Lixian County, Changde, on November 16. Giant life-like straw sculptures are displayed around the scenic area, attracting numerous visitors. Covering a total area of more than 30,000 square meters, the festival features six parts, namely, farming culture, sunny juveniles, fantasy forest, underwater world, love story, and straw art park. It aims to advocate harmonious coexistence between humanity and nature, environmental protection, and sustainable development. The festival will last until December 20. (Photo/Li Jian)
