Deputy Secretary Li, on behalf of the provincial Party committee and the provincial government, welcomed the guests. He noted that Hunan has an advantageous geographical location, a sound industrial foundation, great market potential, and rich scientific and educational resources. It is known as an agricultural and cultural tourism powerhouse, with broad prospects for development. Malawi serves as an important bridge and window in China-Africa cooperation.
