The meeting was hosted by the Hunan Provincial Committee of China Zhi Gong Party (CZGP), and organized by the Xiangjiang New Area (Changsha High-tech Zone) International Talents Service Center and the Changsha National Offshore Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base for Overseas Professionals Overseas Work Station (Munich, Germany). It aimed to facilitate Hunan's recruitment of international professionals, and attract more high-level talents around the world to start up business in Hunan.
Persons in charge of the CZGP Hunan Provincial Committee and the overseas work station in Munich briefed on the forum and Changsha's relevant situations. They invited the overseas guests to invest or start up businesses in Hunan. Four innovation projects for overseas professionals were presented, focusing on the fields of AI, new energy, and biological medicine. These projects will attend the project contest of the forum, aiming to explore opportunities in Hunan.
Representatives of overseas Chinese groups and Chinese students shared their study and work experience, and expressed their expectation of returning to the motherland. They were impressed by Hunan's sci-tech innovation strength and development potential as a high-end manufacturing hub in China's central regions, and looked forward to having the opportunity to start up businesses in Hunan.
