The event aims to explore the relationship between cultural exchanges and local cultures in the post-globalization context, emphasize the importance of individual experience in this process, showcase the culture and spirit of Changsha and Paris in an integrated way, and highlight the unique charm and new vitality of Changsha while promoting the friendly cultural exchanges between China and France.

Emotional Cosmos, a new art installation created by French artist Jean-Charles de Castelbajac for this year's art project, made its global debut at the Changsha IFS.
