8th International Street Art Festival to Open at the Window on the World

The May Day holiday is around the corner. The Window on the World in Changsha has prepared a series of exciting activities, welcoming tourists for an ART WALK.



A flying trapeze show.


The 8th International Street Art Festival—Take an ART WALK will be held at the Window on the World, Changsha, between May 1 and 5. Top buskers from home and abroad will stage brilliant performances during the event. A variety of breathtaking and exciting shows, such as flying trapeze, extreme slam dunk show, "Da Tie Hua (literally beat the iron flower)" folk art display, and "giant" in fire, will give visitors a thrilling tour. 



The cyberpunk panda.


A 6-meter-tall cyberpunk panda will make a debut, joined by top puppetry troupes from home and abroad. More than 100 original display scenarios will be arranged around the park, showcasing distinctive Xiangxi culture and fashionable street style.
Beyond that, visitors may interact and take photos with over 100 non-player characters (NPC), experiencing integration of Chinese and western culture while enjoying an immersive and fantastic art walk.



A "giant" in fire show.


Kids will also have their fun. A 30,000-square-meter animal-themed area has been set up in the park. Children can play with dozens of cute pets in this area, including popular capybaras, giraffes, red pandas, and ring-tailed lemurs, which will give them more enjoyable experience through an "amusement + zoo" model.
