"Lei Feng Spirit" Carried Forward Around Hunan

March 5 marked the 61st "Lei Feng Day," an annual event that honors the life and spirit of this young soldier who devoted his spare time and money to helping the needy. On that day, Changsha traffic police carried out a series of "Learn from Lei Feng" themed activities. They presented helmets and conducted safety education to the motorcyclists to improve publicity on road safety and promote the habit of wearing helmet among scooter riders.
